Providing neuro-affirming support for autistic and ADHD adults.
We offer structured post-diagnostic support, community spaces, and practical guidance for people navigating life after diagnosis or self-identification. Our work is rooted in lived experience and designed to support clarity, confidence, and sustainable change, without pressure to perform or fit a mould.

ND Matters was created by neurodivergent adults, for neurodivergent adults. Our work is shaped by lived experience of autism and ADHD, alongside years of professional experience supporting neurodivergent people in education, workplaces, and community settings.
We understand that diagnosis, self-identification, or simply realising you’re neurodivergent can be both validating and unsettling. Many people arrive here feeling relieved to finally have language for their experiences, but unsure what comes next. ND Matters exists to support that in-between stage with clarity, structure, and care.
How we support you

An online space for ND adults with or without a diagnosis. It’s available in Lite, Standard & Plus, so you can choose the level of support. Each month follows a theme, resources, videos, chat, & more.
Our approach is neuro-affirming and practical. We don’t focus on fixing people or pushing performance. Instead, we create spaces where understanding can grow, choices feel clearer, and support feels steady rather than overwhelming. Everything we offer is designed to be accessible, respectful, and realistic for everyday life.
At ND Matters, lived experience isn’t a marketing tool. It’s the foundation of how we work.

At ND Matters, we’re committed to keeping our support accessible. When funding allows, we provide two concession places at 50% off for every pathway, 1-1 mentoring package and HUB membership. Our goal is to increase this and offer fully funded places for those who can’t afford to pay. Through our Ambassador Programme and Fundraising Initiatives, we’re building a network of people and organisations who share our mission to make neurodivergent support accessible to everyone who needs it. If cost is a barrier and you’d like to discuss a subsidised place, please reach out via our Contact us page
