How We Can Help
If you’ve recently been diagnosed as autistic or ADHD, or if you’re starting to wonder whether you might be, this stage can feel overwhelming, confusing, and full of questions. At ND Matters, we offer down-to-earth, practical support to help you make sense of things in your own time and in your own way. Whether you’re looking for structured guidance, a place to connect with others, or personalised one-to-one support, we’ve created a range of options to meet you where you are.
How we support you
At ND Matters, we’re committed to keeping our support accessible. We currently provide two concession places at 50% off for every pathway, 1-1 mentoring package and HUB membership. Our goal is to increase this and offer fully funded places for those who can’t afford to pay. Through our Ambassador Programme and Fundraising Initiatives, we’re building a network of people and organisations who share our mission to make neurodivergent support accessible to everyone who needs it. If cost is a barrier and you’d like to discuss a subsidised place, please reach out via our Contact us page

The Authentic Minds Pathway brings together three powerful elements to create a complete and transformational experience:
- Six 90-minute sessions

We understand that neurodiversity can be complex, and we aim to provide a supportive and informative space where people can explore the neurodivergent experiences. Whether you are neurodivergent yourself, or simply want to expand your knowledge and become a better ally, this is the place to start.
Within this section, you’ll find a growing variety of resources aimed at promoting understanding, acceptance, and support for neurodivergent individuals. We want to empower you with knowledge, providing you with the tools to navigate your own journey or support someone else’s.
