The Peer Support Session

After each live webinar, there’s an optional 30-minute peer support session. This is where the anonymous questions are read out and answered, and then there’s time to stay on and chat with others about the theme.

You can take part in whatever way feels comfortable, join the conversation, listen quietly, or keep your camera off if that works best for you. It’s a relaxed space to connect, share experiences, and hear from others who understand what life can be like as an autistic or ADHD adult.

The WhatsApp Community

In STANDARD & PLUS, you’ll have access to a private WhatsApp group just for Hub members. It’s a space to share wins, ask questions, and connect with people who really get it. You can be as active or as quiet as you like, there’s no pressure. The group is private, supportive, and run with clear guidelines to keep it safe and respectful.

Available on PLUS

The 1-1 Session

Each month you’ll get a 30-minute 1-1 session with me on Teams. It’s a space to explore your own goals, whether that’s unmasking, managing overwhelm, building confidence or making sense of your neurodivergent identity. You can also use it to ask questions you’d rather discuss in private.
