Why choose us?
Being neurodivergent ourselves we have sat through numerous tedious training sessions looking at a PowerPoints. For this reason our training is deliberately engaging and interactive. We respect those who may not want to participate verbally and always have plenty of paper and pens around for people to write their questions or comments on. We are also aware people may need to move, this is also respected and we will bring our box of fidgets for participants to use with if they like.

Why be inclusive?
This is a really important question, and it’s one we get asked frequently. If you’ve been wondering why your company should invest in neurodiversity training, we encourage you to consider the following questions and take some time to really reflect on your answers:
- Do your employees feel safe disclosing their neurodivergence to you, confident that you will understand and support them well?
- If an employee does disclose this, is there a clear procedure in place to outline what happens next?
- Are your customer-facing staff equipped to recognise and respond to the needs of neurodivergent customers?
- Do you have a neurodivergent staff network or peer support group to help employees feel valued and included?
- Do you have clear, inclusive workplace practices that enable all employees and customers to thrive?
If you answered “no” or “not sure” to any of these, then it’s clear that you need our neurodiversity training.
Why is it important?
Many neurodivergent people have spent years trying to fit into a neurotypical world, often feeling pressured to mask their true selves. This can take a significant toll on self-esteem, emotional wellbeing, and long-term job satisfaction. However, neurodivergent employees bring incredible strengths to the workplace, including creativity, problem-solving skills, deep focus, and attention to detail.
Understanding neurodiversity is just as essential in customer-facing roles. For instance, supermarket staff, retail workers, healthcare professionals, and service teams regularly interact with neurodivergent customers—many of whom may have different communication styles, sensory needs, or ways of processing information. Therefore, training in customer facing roles is essential in creating an inclusive environment for employees and customers.
When businesses take the time to actively support neurodivergent employees and create a welcoming space for neurodivergent customers, they adopt a more inclusive, accessible, and productive environment for everyone. It’s not just a tick box exercise it’s investing in your staff to create the best workforce and environments possible.
Our neurodiversity training helps you look at your current workplace practices and implement small yet impactful changes that will benefit both staff and customers. By supporting an inclusive environment, you can improve employee wellbeing, increase confidence in customer interactions, and create a more positive experience for everyone. Even small adjustments can make a significant difference in ensuring your workplace is welcoming, supportive, and accessible to all.
