Authentic Minds

You might be here because…

You’ve spent years adapting, masking or trying to hold everything together.
Were discovered later in life and now feel unsettled
Look like you’re coping while internally feeling overwhelmed
Constantly analyse yourself and still feel confused
Struggle to know what’s authentically you
Feel exhausted from performing or people pleasing
Want deeper understanding, not just coping strategies
Are beginning to realise how much of your life has been adaptation

I’m Jennie, an AuDHD, neuro-affirming identity coach and founder of ND Matters.

I support autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults navigating identity after late discovery.

Much of this work is about untangling years of masking, people pleasing and survival patterns and beginning to understand who you are underneath them.

You won’t be pushed to fix yourself or optimise your way through burnout.

Instead, this is a space for reflection, self-understanding and rebuilding a life around your actual needs rather than constant expectation.

Together, we gently separate what is authentically you from what was adaptation.

The Authentic Minds Journey

01. Recognise

Understand the impact of years spent adapting, masking and trying to fit in.

This phase is about beginning to make sense of your patterns, experiences and identity through a compassionate lens.

02. Reframe

Explore the stories you may have carried about yourself for years and begin to see them differently.

This phase is about shifting from self-criticism and confusion towards understanding, self-compassion and clarity.

03. Reimagine

Imagine how life might look like when it’s built around your needs, values and identity rather than constant expectation.

This phase creates space for possibility, authenticity and a different way of relating to yourself.

04. Rebuild

Develop ways of living, communicating and supporting yourself that feel more sustainable and aligned.

This phase is about building self-trust, boundaries and a life that feels more aligned with who you really are.

A gentle, structured coaching journey designed to help you reconnect with who you are underneath years of masking, adaptation and expectation

You were never broken…
But you may have built layers to survive

Two ways to begin your Authentic Minds Journey

Authentic Minds Circle

First Circle begins September 2026

A small-group coaching journey for late-discovered autistic, ADHD and AuDHD women.

The Circle follows the same Recognise → Reframe → Reimagine → Rebuild journey, but with the added power of shared experiences, conversation and connection.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you join. This is a space to explore who you are, understand your needs and begin separating who you are underneath years of adapting.

Includes:

✓ 8 × 90-minute online group coaching sessions
✓ Small group (maximum 8 people)
✓ Weekly guided reflection pages
✓ Space for discussion, questions and shared experiences
✓ Neuroaffirming coaching around identity, masking, burnout, boundaries and self-understanding

Founding Circle

September’s Circle will be the very first Authentic Minds group journey.

As a founding member, you’ll receive a reduced introductory price in exchange for sharing feedback and helping shape the future of Authentic Minds Circle.

Founding investment: £199 (or 2 payments of £115)

Starts: Thursday 10th September
Time: 6pm–7.30pm
Location: Online

The Circle works best with shared conversation and connection, so this first group will run with 5–8 members. If we don’t reach the minimum number, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to move your place to a future Circle.
