You can support ND Matters through our Ambassador Programme or by fundraising, helping us provide free and low-cost places for neurodivergent adults
Become an ND Matters Ambassador
ND Matters Ambassadors are passionate supporters who help us raise awareness and make our work accessible to more people.
As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, we rely on our community to keep our workshops, events and support affordable for autistic and ADHD adults. Ambassadors help by sharing our message, connecting us with new opportunities, and encouraging others to get involved. You can see our Ambassadors HERE
What Ambassadors Do
Our ambassadors help in ways that suit them. This might include:
- Sharing ND Matters campaigns and updates on social media.
- Encouraging others to donate or take part in fundraising challenges.
- Attending or supporting at community events like ND-Sounds or The ND-EXPO.
- Introducing ND Matters to potential partners, workplaces or local venues.
- Representing ND Matters positively within their own communities.
Some ambassadors also choose to run a personal fundraiser or take part in an outreach project such as a blog post, video or Q&A.
Why it matters
Many neurodivergent adults face barriers to employment and financial independence, making it difficult to access paid support. In the UK, only around 3 in 10 autistic adults are in any kind of employment. (National Autistic Society+1) Other studies show that as few as 16% of autistic adults are in full-time paid employment. (BASW+1) These figures show the scale of the situation.
Our ambassadors help remove those barriers by raising awareness and funds for low-cost and free places on our programmes – enabling more adults to access support that they might not otherwise be able to afford.
For Organisations
Companies and community organisations can also apply to become ND Matters Ambassadors.
If your workplace values inclusion and wants to help raise awareness of the support available for autistic and ADHD adults, we’d love to collaborate with you.
There’s no financial commitment – it’s about helping us reach more people by sharing our message, supporting our events, and connecting us with new opportunities.

Fundraise for ND Matters
At ND Matters CIC, we currently offer two concession places at 50% off for every workshop, 1-1 session and HUB membership, but we’d love to offer more, including fully funded places for those who can’t afford to pay.
By fundraising for us, you’ll be helping remove barriers and making our support accessible to more people. Whether you’re an individual, workplace, school, or community group, every contribution makes a difference.
How You Can Fundraise
You can raise money in whatever way suits you – from simple, solo challenges to group events. Here are a few ideas to get you started:
- Take part in a sponsored run, walk or cycle.
- Organise a quiz, coffee morning or open mic night.
- Host a dress-down day or themed fundraiser at work.
- Sell your crafts or creations and donate a portion of the proceeds.
- Celebrate your birthday by asking for donations instead of gifts.
You can now set up your own fundraising page directly through our official Crowdfunder campaign. It’s simple, secure and every penny goes straight into ND Matters CIC to fund free and reduced-cost places. Just go to our page and click where you see this
